The Relationship of the Center of Gravity of the Body to Some Physical Characteristics and Electrical Activity of the Muscles of the Lower Extremities of the Iraqi Youth Team by Bicycle.

Abstract

The research aim is to identify the relationship between the location of the center of gravity of the body of the cyclist in three cases the first is when it is in front of the center of rotation the second is perpendicular to the rotation center and the third is behind the rotation center with some physical characteristics that affect cycling and electrical activity competitions. For the lower extremities, the researcher chose his research sample as the players of the Iraqi youth team for the 2019-2020 season, and the researcher conducted special tests. Physical characteristics, electrical activity, and treatments the statistic showed that there is a significant correlation between these cases and physical characteristics and electrical activity, and the researcher concluded that the position taken by the cyclist may change according to the type of competition and the type of race course, each of the three cases helps the cyclist to raise the required level for a specific physical trait.
